— I don't know my exact birth time, will the chart work?

Yes, it works — but your ascendant and house positions will be computed with low accuracy. With the Rectification tool in the Plus plan, you can mark significant life events to estimate your approximate birth time.

— My AI reading isn't coming through, what should I do?

On the free plan, AI readings are unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. If you bought Plus or Pro and the reading still doesn't arrive — close and reopen the app, then check Account > Plan. If it shows "free", you'll need to restore purchases.

— How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Kozmia > Cancel.
Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions > Kozmia > Cancel.

— I want to delete my data.

Use Account > "Delete my account permanently" inside the app. Or submit a request via the account deletion page.
