Account and Data Deletion

As required by App Store and Google Play, this page provides a path to delete your account.

1. In-app deletion (recommended)

Open the Kozmia app → Profile tab → ⚙ Account → at the bottom: "Delete my account permanently". All your birth data, AI reading history, profiles and push tokens are removed immediately.

2. Deletion request by email

If you can't access the app, send an email to yusuf.meric@arsigo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include:

• Email address linked to the account (the one you signed in with via Apple/Google)
• Approximate signup date (if you know it)
• Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)

3. Data that will be deleted

• All user profiles (yours + any loved ones you added)
• Birth data (date, time, place)
• AI reading history and cache
• Notification preferences
• Stored device push tokens
• Firebase Authentication record

4. Retention period

After the deletion request, data is removed from all Firebase Firestore and Authentication systems within 7 days. Records in backups are rotated out within 30 days.

5. Note on subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it separately via App Store / Google Play. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
