Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Kozmia collects only the data required for astrological computation: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth (latitude and longitude), and any profiles you optionally add for loved ones. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your email address and display name are stored.

2. How We Use the Data

Your birth data is stored in your user document on Firebase Firestore. Only you can access it (enforced by Firestore Security Rules). This data is used to compute your astrological chart and generate personalized AI readings.

3. Third-Party Services

AI readings are generated via the Anthropic Claude API. Each request is sent in real time and a response is returned; see Anthropic's Privacy Policy for their logging practices.

Firebase (Google Cloud) is used for data storage and authentication. See Google Privacy.

4. Advertising and Tracking

On the free plan we display banner and optional rewarded ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may access the device advertising identifier (iOS IDFA / Android Advertising ID) for personalized ads.

On iOS, on first launch Apple's App Tracking Transparency dialog appears — you can decline tracking, in which case non-personalized (limited) ads are shown. Users in European Union countries are additionally shown the Google UMP consent dialog. No ads are displayed on Plus or Pro plans.

For AdMob's data practices see Google Ads Policy. Push notifications are activated only with explicit permission. The website uses only basic session cookies.

5. Deleting Your Data

Inside the app, use Account > Delete my account permanently to immediately remove all your data. This action cannot be undone. Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request via the account deletion page.

6. Children

Kozmia is not directed at users under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has shared information, please email yusuf.meric@arsigo.com and we will delete it promptly.

7. Policy Changes

If we change this policy we will update the "Last update" date and send an in-app notification for material changes.
