1. Scope of Service

Kozmia is a mobile app for astrology entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are for informational purposes only and do not replace medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. Consult a relevant professional for important decisions.

2. Account Responsibility

If you sign in with your Apple ID or Google account, you are responsible for all activity in your account. Do not share account credentials; if you notice unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify us.

3. Subscription and Payment

Plus (Monthly ₺149.99 / Quarterly ₺382.47) and Pro (Monthly ₺249.99 / Quarterly ₺637.47) plans are purchased via App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by the respective platform. Cancellation cannot be initiated from inside the Kozmia app.

Your subscription auto-renews; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, the next period will be charged.

4. AI Reading Limits

• Free plan: 1 rewarded ad is watched per AI reading
• Plus plan: 3 manual questions per month (ad-free)
• Pro plan: 30 manual questions per month (ad-free)
• Automatic daily readings are free on Plus and Pro plans (1 per day)

4a. Advertising

On the free plan, banner and optional rewarded ads are displayed via Google AdMob. Google Ads Policy applies.

5. Content Rights

Readings, visuals, code and text within the app belong to Kozmia. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use beyond personal use is not permitted.

6. Prohibited Use

Automated scraping, reverse engineering the source code, creating accounts on behalf of others, submitting fake profile information, or using the app for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Kozmia is not legally responsible for the outcome of decisions made based on its readings.

8. Service Changes

We reserve the right to change the service, prices, and subscription plans without prior notice. For material changes, we will provide 30 days' notice.
